The garden room was lovely and provided a peaceful retreat after a hot day. The pool area was well-kept, perfect for cooling off, and the breakfast was noteworthy with large portions that set you up for an active day ahead.
Parking can be cramped on the premises, and some rooms could use better lighting as finding the switches can be a hassle. There were also issues with bugs due to open windows left by housekeeping, and the sliding bathroom door lacked functionality, leading to privacy concerns.

The franschhoek market was in the immediate vicinity. You can also visit le bon vivant that offers excellent meals. It is near the airport.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of freshly prepared options that set a lovely tone for our day. Especially Evelyne.
The uphill walk back from the Main Street can be challenging, especially for those not accustomed to steep inclines, and there are limited pavements along the way.

Location: the hotel was next to the restaurants in the centre of town, the main streets in Franschhoek, and a nice quiet neighbourhood. It also was quiet in a beautiful garden. The rooms were clean with a very comfortable bed, the staff were wonderful.

The room was huge with a super comfy bed and a nice sitting area-definitely. We had our own entrance, so convenient. Plus, the private outdoor space was lovely for chilling out. The only thing was that there was only Netflix, so if you're a cable TV fan, you might miss that. But overall, it was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!
